Funny conversations

Taya was telling me that her teacher said we couldn't drink coffee or beer when Kel suddenly asked, "What is French Vanilla?" I said it was a flavor and asked why he wanted to know. He told me that when we went to Chuck-a-rama he got some french vanilla to drink but it tasted like coffee. I started laughing and told him it was coffee with vanilla flavor. I asked him if he drank it and he said he left it on the table, then I asked if he liked it and he said no. Phew!! Hopefully he continues to not like it.

While we were in Vernal last weekend, Taya was using the bathroom in my parents room (which is all connected together) when my dad came in and turned the light off on her. She came out and told my mom "grandpa is exert because he turned the light off on me (paused in thought) then said, but I don't know what that means." Too bad we don't know what it means either.

Happy Easter!!

It's suppose to be a happy easter but if you'll notice, Kian was crying because he got in trouble. I was running late to get to church and he wouldn't get his shoes on thus getting in trouble. Kylen is screaming because he is hungry and I have to wait till we get to the church to feed him. So, Happy Easter!! It really wasn't a bad day and they sure look cute anyway.

Kylen

It really makes me sad how fast time goes by. Kylen is already almost 3 months old and growing way too big. He already weighs 14 lbs. and wears 6 month old clothes... he's quite a chunck! I wish he would stay little just a little
longer.
Finally getting some smiles out of him.

Isn't he just precious!!

Kylen and his cousin Emmett

Kel

I had to add this picture in. Kel loves to shop so much that he planted himself in the corner of the store at the Mall and waited till we were through. It looks like he was being patient, but he really wasn't.

Like father like son!

Kel is an absolutely fabulous brother!! He loves Kylen like I never could have imagined. All Kylen has to do is make one little sound and Kel goes running to save him. We can only hope this will continue as he gets older.

Sydnie

Miss Fashioniste loves to dress up and wear moms shoes and Taya follows along. She will also spend hours in front of the mirror working on perfection.

Sydnie is so good with Kylen. She's a born to be mom!

Kian

Kian had to build a car for the Kindy 500, so he picked
a race car. I really don't think I've ever seen Danny
put so much effort into a school project. They both
really enjoyed it!

This is Kian and Trey playing in the closet. What you don't see are
the barbies hiding behind them...busted!! It was funny catching them
cuz they both acted like the barbies were just in there and they had
nothing to do with them.

Taya

I've been getting lots of grief because
I have Christmas music and fall background
on here... meaning get on it Jeanine!
So I'm going to try and jump back on
the blog wagon.

Taya wanted these chips but they were
kind of hot, so I opened the fridge and
there they were. She said she was trying
to cool them off. I don't think it worked!

She's still my baby girl!!

When I woke up, I went in to see if the kids were up and found Taya with sunglasses on. It must have been a bright night!!

Kylen..

This is the day we brought Kylen home.
I can't believe how quickly we forget
what is involved with a baby. I'm relearning everything but enjoying every minute.

Kylen is a week old here and already
changing so much. He's such a good
baby. I couldn't have asked for more!

Our new baby

Kylen was born on January 31, 2009 at
9:56pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. and
was 21 inches long.
